Bell pepper paste: Made of fresh bell pepper of high quality, crushed with several ingredients to a paste like consistency. Naturally seasoned, so with simple handling product can add depth and flavour to any dish.

Bell pepper concentrate: Made from a natural extract of fresh pepper juice, vacuum reduced. Available between 60– 80 ° Brix. Particularly suitale for meat/food industry and dietary supplement products.

Fried garlic: fine dried garlic is carefully fried in high-quality vegetable oil. Small batches are produced to reduce fat content and attain longer product durability. Besides a wide selection of frying and granular size requirements is available to suit all customer’s needs.

Garlic paste: Made from hand sorted fresh garlic of selected premium quality with salt and/or natural acidity regulators depending upon shelf life requirements. Upon request the product can be frozen without any preservatives. The consistency of the product can range from puree to coarser product depending customer’s needs.

Garlic concentrate and extract: Garlic concentrate is produced from freshly pressed juices. The water is then removed from the juice using vacuum reduction at low temperatures (60 – 75 °Brix). The aroma of the juice is then re-introduced by an add back process to intensify the fresh taste of the juice. Meanwhile for the garlic extract is salt added for preservation.

Garlic oil: Freshly prepared garlic is encapsulated in oils to hold the full flavour. A range of vegetable oils can be used to meet the customer’s requirements.

Onion Specialties

Onion paste: Made from hand sorted, chopped, fresh onion of selected premium quality, preserved with salt and/or food acids. Upon request the product can be frozen without any preservatives. The consistency of the product can range from puree to a coarser product with a little more bite, depending upon customer’s requirements.

Onion concentrate and extract: Onion juice concentrate is produced from freshly pressed juices. The water is then removed from the juice using vacuum reduction at low temperatures (60 – 80 °Brix). The aroma of the juice is then re-introduced by an add back process to intensify the fresh taste of the juice. Fried onion extract is produced from onion juice concentrate fried in sunflower oil.
